Last week, we had the honor of welcoming an overseas client to our factory in Anqiu, Shandong, for an on-site inspection of our complete cocoa bean processing line. The visit focused on demonstrating our reliable equipment and end-to-end solution – from raw cocoa beans to finished cocoa liquor.
Our technical team guided the client through every key stage: pre-cleaning to remove foreign matter, roasting for optimal flavor development, dehulling to separate shells from nibs, and final grinding to produce smooth, high-quality cocoa liquor. Each machine was started up for a live trial run, showing stable performance, precise temperature control, and consistent output. The client closely observed the operation, asked detailed questions about capacity and maintenance, and tested samples of the resulting liquor on site.
