We recently had the great honor of receiving a professional delegation from Sudan at our manufacturing facility in Anqiu City, Shandong, China. The clients came specifically to inspect our complete lines of cashew processing equipment and sesame seed cleaning, roasting, and grading machinery – key investments for their new production plant back in Khartoum.
Our technical team arranged a full-scale live trial run, processing both raw cashew nuts and sesame seeds right before their eyes. For the cashew line, we demonstrated the automatic sizing, shelling, peeling, and drying stages; for the sesame line, we showcased the vibrating cleaner, destoner, rotary roaster, and cooling conveyor. The entire operation ran smoothly, with the cashew kernel breakage rate kept below 3% and the sesame roasting delivering perfectly uniform golden color and rich aroma.
The Sudanese clients closely monitored every parameter, asked in-depth questions about energy consumption, maintenance access, and spare parts availability. They were particularly impressed by our PLC-based control system, which allows precise adjustment of temperature, speed, and processing time. After testing multiple batches and inspecting the output quality, they expressed full satisfaction and signed a letter of intent for a complete equipment package on the spot.
They praised not only the machine performance but also our responsive service and clear technical explanations. This successful visit marks another milestone in our growing cooperation with African markets.
