Production process flow:

This shelling production line is suitable for large-scale assembly line operations, with clean shelling, high integrity rate, and easy cleaning. It is an ideal choice for large shelling processing enterprises to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Processing procedure:

After grading, the raw walnuts are processed by a lifting machine and then separately fed into a shell breaking machine, a shell separation machine, and a lifting machine to select defective kernels. The kernels are then sorted into different grades and sizes.

Walnuts can be used for oil extraction without the need for grading, size, completeness, or control, and the yield of shell breaking can vary. The shell and kernel separator mainly depends on the variety and raw material of the fruit. If the ratio of shell and kernel is large, the separation rate will be high and the yield will be large, otherwise it will be small.
